With over 20 years of experience in IT, Infrastructure, Information Security, Project Management, Cloud, ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, S&OP, SIO, MRP, VRM, BI, B2B and B2C E-commerce, Innovation, and Digital Transformation, I have leadership experience with proven skills in leading IT, infrastructure, project, and software development teams. Additionally, I am fluent in English and have a basic knowledge of Spanish.I have led implementation, integration, and migration projects for ERP systems like Totvs and Dynamics, CRM Dynamics, WMS HighJump, S&OP, SIO, MRP, and VRM from GTPlan and SlimStock, TMS Totvs and GKO, PowerBI, and B2B and B2C VTEX e-commerce. All projects were carried out in large companies in Brazil and Chile, with international reports and presentations, totaling more than 5,000 hours of managed projects. Managing large-scale projects involves several situations, and among them, I highlight budget management, resource management, and indirect leadership of people. In fact, in PMBOOK version 7, one of the main pillars is related to people.I have also participated in cloud migration projects or the adoption of emerging technologies such as machine learning (ML). Among the migration projects, I highlight the migration of ERP, CRM, WMS, BI, and other platforms to Azure cloud, which had a significant impact on cost reduction and productivity increase in the companies where they were carried out.I have experience in managing operations and WMS implementation and knowledge in specific technology areas.
