Mechanical maintenance management:Budget: Define together with E&I maintenance team, the annual budget for the year, doing the follow up in a month basis.Maintenance KPIs: Define KPIs in accordance to the plant needs, doing the follow up in a month basis.Team management:Manage team members career, defining responsibilities, training and looking to salary improvements according to merit;Keep the team motivation through career management and mainly keeping team equality in terms of skills and personal results;Maintenance engineering (reliability)Define equipments, procedures and methods improvements, evaluating the month results according to KPIs;Evaluate the annual results to define the maintenance CAPEX for the next year;Make the CAPEX for the year happen.

- Mechanical erection coordination for steel structure and HVAC;- Participation on the team that prepared the bid (for the erection)and visited erection and transportation (for heavy equipments) suppliers to check if they were abble to get the contract;
