. To assist in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement strategy for Supply Chain. Contribute to define the continous improvement program parameters; identify areas of improvement; implement a deployment plan for the continuous-improvement program; ensure the plan’s follow-up; evaluate performance of the improvements; ensure processes are in compliance with the Company´s standards and regulations. Plan, deploy, and lead all lean activities that will produce significant cost savings through productivity, quality, waste reduction improvements and improving business processes. Partnering with Supply Chain/Logistics and Distribution Leadership to own and deliver results in support of the Company’s annual goals. Specifically, working with teams using CI/Lean tools and analytical skills to identify, prioritize and lead CI projects or activities. Develop and define program scopes, short and long term goals, KPIs, and outline/ drive the project plan for achieving those goals on time. Deliver key projects per agreed timelines, drive productivity initiatives within the Global Distribution Organization, implement a culture of OE and Continuous Improvement, anticipate change, initiative innovative Supply Chain concept services, apply data tool set to analyse processes and realize improvements. Work with stakeholders for executing key efficiency and process effectiveness-related projects to achieve process excellence and agility in supply chain functions (Logistics, Warehousing, Demand, and Supply Planning). Leading and supporting initiatives that ensure the supply chain operates with industry best practices in the areas of Innovation, Efficiency, Customer Service/Service Level, Inventory Management and Quality. Reviewing statistical data on Supply Chain performance to identify opportunities for improvement

. Align demand vs supply plan with all relevant stakeholders (CIM, SBUs, Procurement, Buying, Engineering, Logistics etc.). Ensure continuous improvement in the CIM planning process. Own and govern CIM planning within SIOP. Provide fact-based opportunities and risks on the demand vs supply plan. Own overall platform wise CIM cases and coordinate with CIM Project manager & technical team. Adhoc activities and coordination with other teams to ensure material availability. Follow up and monitor operational tasks for the CIM cases, including taking risk mitigation actions and coordinate task force meeting. Prepare data and guide CIM performance meeting with SBUs and various stakeholders. Ensure high availability with an optimal inventory level for CIM relevant materials

. Application of Lean mindset and management system, and related CI tools, including Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen Events, TPM, CMMS management, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, 5S, Waste, etc. . Manage the continuous-improvement program: defines continuous-improvement needs; identifies team members and the role of each person; plans activities; determines corrective measures; implements the project and performs follow-up. Gathers, analyzes, interprets and presents process data. Resolve technical problems such as formulation, equipment, product, interpretation of regulations, and resource availability. Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working. Facilitate, guide, and support enterprise, departmental, or cross-departmental continuous improvement work as directed by executive leadership. This encompasses preparation and planning for workshops and value stream/model lines, implementation, and periodic audits of the work completed. Provide management with updates via tracking reports on project progress in line with set priority and timing targets. Provide formal continuous improvement training and support the development of staff skills in Lean methodologies
