- Managing industrial CAPEX and change/improvement projects, namely: kanban systems, production ramp-up, line feeding systems, line design for new products;- Gather plant necessities and define projects scope, schedule and budgeting by working with stakeholders;- Establishing and validating procedures and work instructions, while assuring the correct implementation with all stakeholders;- Assuring all services for plant operation such as: forklifts, compressed air, fire detection and extinguishing systems, lighting and water feeding, among others are available, by managing external and internal suppliers;- Implementing root cause analysis methods for non-conformities (ex. 5W, Ishikawa, PDCA) mitigations and corrections in collaboration with other departments;- Promotion of internal communication between all departments (ex. HR, R&D, Logistics, Finance);- Definition and parameterization of ERP PRIMAVERA – Production Module, whistle defining the deployment strategy regarding equipment, training, schedule monitoring and effectiveness measuring;- Established a connection with Kaizen Institute for cooperation and implementation of best practices;- Process mapping and flow analysis with evaluation of time and cost (ex. VSM, BPMN); - Develop and implement standards to ensure a high level of order, safety and cleanliness for Plant equipment/structures (5S), ensuring compliance with working, safety and environment rules;- Promoting and assuring continuously improvement of production processes using Lean Manufacturing methodology (productivity increases; cost reduction; quality improvements; speed and safety of processes).
