Actively participating in the work routine of the foreigners hired in Brazil (on shore and off shore); assisting them to legally work, in accordance with the Brazilian law; setting up documentation to work/permanency/temporary/extending visa processes; analyzing contracts/time charter parties; raising petitions, follow up processes at the Ministry of Justice / Consulates/Embassies; follow up crew changes; advising within all the necessary actions to keep the foreigners legally working in the country.

Providing internal assistance to the expatriates (on shore and off shore) and Brazilians. Responsible for coordinating, implementing and organizing the crew change of the rigs based in Brazil; work together with the HR managers, rig managers and crew change coordinators, assisting with all the required needs related to the visas/immigration, enabling the expatriates to legally perform their jobs while in Brazil; giving support to the crew on board, making sure they are in accordance with the Brazilian law and legally work.
