After nearly 10 years developing a work related to the care of the construction segment, started the development of a new project related to the segment of LED lamps. The challenge of starting scoring Wellmax Brazil in the country was the main motivating factor for the acceptance of the invitation. Today the work is being developed in the formation of internal oversight staff for sales management and in formation team of sales representatives. The project starts in regions closer to the base and planned expansion of the brand and sales points. Hard work but with very satisfactory initial results. Training and management team, in addition to maintaining high motivation are the main tools of success that we seek and surely reach.
