Reporting to the Iberia Manager.Wholesale:- Responsible for the distribution of HUGO BOSS brands in the Portuguese market.- Strategic & Business development WHS.- Budget responsibility PT, focused on GM% optimisation and profitability.- Brand strategy implementation.- Implement cross selling activities for advertising and events by coordinating with marketing Manager.- Merchandising strategy, Sales Techniques, KPI.- Represent the company in relevant activities (networking, PR).Retail:- Responsilble for the stock management of the big major accounts(Franchise management).- Budget planning, net sales target/forecast.- Product follow up and new strategy implementation.- Training and Development Responsible Sales and Luxury goods.

Planning and appliance sell-in and sell-out strategies; Sales analysis and competition; Visit regular at main shops (store-check) and external training to staff of customers; Implement actions of business development at the point of sale; Forecasting; Participation in marketing plans and support in preparing the action plan; Supervision of collections and distribution channels; Control of the corporate image of the brand

Setting up of the showrooms, selling of the collections during the sales seasons, responsible for developing national categories textiles and footwear, analize the market and evaluate the current position of the brand.

Experience in roles of leadership and coordination of teams, recruit and develop team's, selling and customer service skills, trough an effective training and one on one coaching. Develop business strategies. Creates staff work schedules and ensures appropriate store coverage. Keep merchandising standards as set forth by visual department.

Serving and advising customers; Develop and ensure an excellent customer experience with a focus on sales targets for the store; Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including accepting customer payments; Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features; Take and resolve customers complaints.
