Looking for a new adventure, I will start a self-employed activity in consultancy and training in 2025.With over 30 years of experience as a Belgian Federal Police officer, I would like to connect with people who are interested in my experiences and services.I started at formerly Belgian Gendarmerie in 1991 and then worked in Brussels region as a first response police officer. After highway patrol training, I joined Federal Highway Patrol in Antwerp in 1996. We had advanced driving training with motorcycles and cars.In 2008 I joined DSU (Directorate Special Units) after intensive training and worked as a surveillance/observation officer at Federal Police POSA Antwerpen (Protection-Observation-Support-Arrest). My main tasks were surveillance, counter surveillance,· covert audio and video surveillance, all by foot and by car.For 6 months I worked as an investigator aggression and drug related crimes at Antwerp Federal Judicial Police, before joining DGJ-SKILLS at Brussels Federal Judicial Police in 2021. At SKILLS I worked as coordinator and trainer, teaching collegues from local and federal police investigation units in surveillance/observation techniques and the use of technical devices.My skills:I am highly observant and detail-orientated in my work. I have excellent organization skills, to effectively manage schedules, appointments and tasks.Dedicated to identifying needs and delivering effective solutions to all problems.I have specific certifications and trainings (however only valid within the Belgian police force), e.g. first aid, CPR and TECC, advanced driving skills and more as listed in my CV.Proven efficiency and ability to establish and maintain excellent communication and relationships.I am stress-resistant, flexible, accurate, organizationally strong and have a customer-oriented attitude with a great sense of responsibility.Proven efficiency and ability to establish and maintain excellent communication and relationships.I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excell, Forms, Teams).I speak and write English, French, German and Dutch.
