RSD Glass provides enterprise class software solutions that enables the creation and management of Information Governance policies, their enforcement throughout global organization, taking into account jurisdiction specific adjustments.In charge of Product Management, R&D, Support at RSD (50 staffs):- 2 product lines, multiple tiers of products (core, connectors & SDK, BI, Audit / Big Data, etc.),- 2 development locations: Geneva (CH) and Bratislava (SK),Major achievements:- Prepared and succesfully assisted the sales one BU with the RSD brand,- Streamlined the product strategy software lifecycle, - Transition to SaaS and cloud based offerings,- Restructuration of Engineering, strengthened agile methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, added DevOps practices, etc.- Removed technical debt, increase quality and velocity, unlock scalability,- Managed the transition to GlassIG.Main technologies:- Glass: J2EE, Spring, SolR, Connectors with many repositories (ECM, shared drives, cloud drives, etc.), Qlikview- EOS: archiving, printing, etc.- Big data, cloud, SaaS (AWS)

In charge of Integration Projects:- Cloud based offerings definition, team creation, pre-sales & RFP, projects direction.- Fostering solutions primarily on OpenStack for Cloud (public, private, hybrid), Developers & Big Data.- Mainly focused on large or innovative accounts.- Distributed teams in Europe and Canada.

In charge of engineering, operations and support: 35 reports, budget €3m- Creation/edition tools: designer in Flex embedded in Photobox web sites to personalise customer products (rich UX, 2D/3D for books, canvas, goodies) and mobile apps- Production Workflow for the group: development and support of the information system of all manufacturing plants. This includes the design and development of a new version based on a distributed architecture (Java, Spring, ActiveMQ), with cloud support (AWS), clear B2B contract to connect outsourcers and a new "near-real time" BI solution based on Qlikview- Restructuration, Agile (Scrum), distributed architecture (Java), automation, DevOps, Cloud (AWS), Big Data.Results: faster product launches, easier partnerships & integration, clear costs reduction, especially for the peak season (XMas: 2 months, up to x15 orders), increased and more reliable velocity (Scrum), better quality and release management, more efficient support and operations.

€10M raised in September 2008 from Atlas Venture and OTC Asset Management.Inspirational Stores was the leader of e-Commerce delegation in France. Our mission was to develop and run a world class e-retailer, operating upscale brands’ official e-commerce channel to the highest standards on an international scale. At Inspirational Stores, I managed Engineering, Operations and Support, from vision & strategy to development, production and support. We developed and supported:- a complete infrastructure with e-commerce sites, back office, call center and logistics management,- a 3-layer information system (shared modules, market specific extensions, brands specificities),- multiples sites, multi-catalogs, multi-lingual, multi-currencies, for 10 brands, 4 market sectors,- a factory with continuous integration, tests automation, build and release management (hudson, sonar, unit tests, FitNesse, etc.).In 2009, due to the economic context, we changed the business model and acquired a French e-Commerce company, leader in a high potential sector. I helped transform the company and, as planned, left after the merge.Technologies: .Net, SQL Server, Team Foundation Server, SugarCRM, PHP, Magento, Symfony

- Security advisor at a large French investment bank.- Project Manager for the deployment of a large e-Procurement world wide projects (including a large French bank).- Defined and launched the e-Procurement project of a large industrial French group (turnover: €3 billion).- Assisted a regional French bank in defining and migrating its information system.- Defined the product strategy of a startup company in the database area.- Defined the product strategy and roadmap of a startup company in the mobile business.- Defined the product strategy and roadmap of a startup company specialised in digital signature.

Interim management (1 year)- Managed a pan-European ASP service to analyze TV programs and ratings.- In charge of Product Management and R&D for three product lines, and MIS (20 reports).- Led a drastic cost reduction plan including the reorganization of all technical services and a project based on a distributed architecture (MPLS, 4 data centers) with a ROI in 12 months.

- €3m raised in the first funding round. All objectives were met.- In charge of product strategy, product management, R&D, and MIS (12 reports).- Development based on Java, Struts, SGBD, Globus, Condor, Cactus, etc.

- Initial fund raised from 3i and Advent Venture Partners.- Developed and operated a complete B2B platform for a budget of €9m based on Oracle Exchange, webMethods, Java, BEA WebLogic, Oracle e-business Suite 11i, Requisite eMerge.- Managed Product Strategy, Product Management, R&D, operations and MIS (40 reports).- In charge of customer and partner integration strategy, and catalog management.

- Promoted Lotus & IBM products in EMEA zone (Domino, WebSphere, DB2, etc).- Pre-sales activities and consulting services on critical European projects.- Enabled the Lotus, IBM and business partners’ technical community.- Provided functional and technical specifications to IBM and Lotus product teams.Awards: European Technical Wizard Award 1999, European Lotus Achiever 2000.

- Created the European Consulting Practice on Internet and Enterprise Integration.- Structured the offer and sold projects (Crédit Lyonnais, Deutsche Bank, etc).- Trained and managed a European team of 80 consultants.
