Our mission was to develop and run a world class e-retailer, operating upscale brands’ official e-commerce channel to the highest standards on an international scale. At Inspirational Stores, I managed Engineering, Operations and Support, from vision & strategy to development, production and support. We developed and supported:- a complete infrastructure with e-commerce sites, back office, call center and logistics management,- a 3-layer information system (shared modules, market specific extensions, brands specificities),- multiples sites, multi-catalogs, multi-lingual, multi-currencies, for 10 brands, 4 market sectors,- a factory with continuous integration, tests automation, build and release management (hudson, sonar, unit tests, FitNesse, etc.).In 2009, due to the economic context, we changed the business model and acquired a French e-Commerce company, leader in a high potential sector.
