Create and implement a fundraising strategy for No Bully - an NGO5-member international team

My internship goal at Leroy Merlin’s Almada the store as a summer intern controller was to improve the stock accuracy, as well as improve in-store inefficient procedures.This was the first store in Portugal using the new BlueBird technology, a state-of-the-art portable device used by over 170 employees daily. My role was to design and implement the new ways of proceeding. By the end, presented them to the management comitê. If it works well, this new procedures will be implemented in every ADEO's store in Portugal (52 stores, 2000 employees).Relevant innovations:- Created a complex excel to combine different data to, automatically, create a To Do list everyday, which has improved productivity and accuracy;- Developed and designed a new app for this new technology, which will increase productivity;- Created an illustrated user manual with more than 120 steps;- Analyzed and discussed the €50 million sales/year store’s Results Report with the store’s controller.
