Responsibilities: • Responsible for recruitment processes in the areas of Products, HR, Technology, Marketing, Design and Data• Managing clients and candidates recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage;• Management of 2 employees in digital transformation projects that demand a high volume of hiring with agility• Management of the CRM tool and database• Hiring of 59 professionals in 2019, 20 of which are C-Level• Hiring of 65 professionals in 2020, 30 of which are C-Level
