An outstanding experience was to manage one of the groups responsible for National Social Insurance Institute (INSS) digital transformation. In this project I had the opportunity to manage geographically distributed teams, as well as to participate frequently in reporting meetings with the executive board and senior management. As a Software Development Manager, my day to day is to gather business requirements, discuss it with the teams, estimate the work, build a schedule, plan team tasks and monitor it to ensure our milestones and outcomes. My last projects are to serve Brazilian government and population in their many social needs.
