- Responsible for the Engineering, General Administration and Strategy of Babcock Group in Brazil. - Creation of performance metrics and collaborative environment, allowing a natural knowledge exchange between the teammates.- Development of tools and technics, enhancing company operation and backoffice processes.

- Reporting to the CEO, running the insertion of the group in Brazilian market, bringing capability through company acquisitions and new businesses development;- Responsible for implementing complex programmes in global contracts in Brazil, mainly delivering maintenance in construction, airport and logistics service for assets and facility management;- Improving skills through coaching the top management in Brazil (maturity acceleration process).

- Responsible for the P&L of high complex EPC contracts (“B” and “C” category: high-risk, overall strategic or high-budget) from sales to final delivery to the customer (full execution), within the unit portfolio (SRU, E-house, drilling, GFU, OWS, subsea and upstream solutions), including construction, erection and commissioning;- Interface with customer, internal and external resources management, aligning financial context (drawback analysis, hedging strategy and business model definition);- Management and negotiation of change / claims, risk control, T&C review of contracts with customer and suppliers;- Development of Project Capture and Execution Plan considering technical and commercial risk assessment in order to get acceptance from the board;- Team building, KPIs definition and overall project execution/control using Balanced Scorecard and Lean for PM.Highlight: The highest increase of Gross Margin (GM) in a project within the whole Business Unit (from 17.3% to 72.4%).

- Responsible for starting-up a new industrial complex in Itaboraí (RJ, Brazil) from Greenfield using FEL 123 methodology;- Interface of multi-disciplinary engineering distributed among Asia, Europe and North America;- Risk and change management, steering to the strategy agreed upon the stakeholder (offensive or defensive);- Coordination, logistic, construction, erection, commissioning and reports to the board in Norway.Highlight: Factory has become a benchmark in technology throughout the Group.

- Coordenação de trabalhos finais no projeto de implantação da estação de moagem de cimento em Volta Redonda.- Gestão de equipes e criação de KPIs objetivando facilitar alcance de metas.

- Negotiation with suppliers, team management and strategies development based on risk assessment;- Responsible for implementing the PMO and portfolio management aligned with the Group’s strategy;- Expert in breakdown, execution and control of investments (CAPEX) for industrial plants, reporting risks to the board.Highlight: Software development in PM and Portfolio management has become a model for Brazil.

In Brazil:- Managing projects across Latin America by adopting the practices of PMI;- Implementation of the Group’s new plant in Brazil.In France:- Development of electrical and automation systems for new plants;- Monitoring of suppliers and FTA development.Highlight: Implementation of improvements on three machines (savings of 1.6 MEUR per year).

- Team coordination on mechanical and electrical issues, developing new best practices for KPI achievement;- PCM and PPM application for maintenance control.

- Development and project coordination of industrial systems (infrastructure, automation, CCTV and intercom);- Field survey and plant commissioning in Oil & Gas (offshore and onshore), mining, pulp and chemistry;- Start-up of EPCI and EPC contracts (turn-key) from small to large size.Highlight: CAD standard creation and routines optimization in engineering (integrated task flow).

- Elaboração de diagramas elétricos em Eplan, listas de materiais e desenhos técnicos.- Configuração de PLC Siemens e desenvolvimento de programas em Ladder / List.
