Oversee any and all operations for the 3 Chicago area venues: Alpine Valley Music Theatre, Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island, and Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre.

- Oversee all the day to day operations and maintenance of Alpine Valley Music Theatre and Charter One Pavilion in downtown Chicago. - Develop and execute a recruiting plan for 800+ seasonal positions- Develop and execute training programs that encompass elements of customer service, basic venue/event knowledge, and individual department duties/responsibilities for managers, supervisors and general staff- Strategic planning of staffing levels for multiple departments/areas per event.- Strategic planning of different venue layouts/setups based on each event.- Continuously modifying policies and procedures as needed to ensure a high level of efficiency and maintaining a safe environment for guests- Assist with forecasting expense and revenue budgets for several departments/areas per event.- Acting as the Maintenance Manager for Charter One Pavilion - directly repairing/maintaining the facility and/or overseeing projects- Acting as the Overall Director of Security for Alpine Valley and Charter One - working directly with local law enforcement, tour/artist security, subcontracted security and in-house security to maintain a safe and controlled environment for the artists, staff and guests.
