Drive Quality Assurance (QA) practices and procedures: Leading the development team’s QA efforts and ensure we are following industry standard best practices. Develop QA procedures and guidelines and identify areas to leverage automated testing.Coordinate testing: Perform software testing as well as coordinate acceptance, regression, and unit testing of newly developed applications and features with key users and stakeholders within the business.Work with product owners and developers to ensure work completed satisfies requirements and acceptance criteria via:• Create and maintain testing plans and documentation• Compile software release notes for change management and release notification• Help keep the development teams in compliance with the MLA IT General Controls (JSOX)• Identify, report, and monitor ongoing key performance indicators and metrics related to the quality and performance of the Parts & Solutions software applications

I began in the Operations and Warehouse side of Rapidparts Inc, and worked my way into Customer Service, which transitioned to Dealer Support combining technical, OEM, and aftermarket sales roles.

I started as a PCHO (Personal Computing Home Office) sales rep, and quickly promoted to sales lead, then supervisor, and finally ending with Manager for Home Theater before moving out of state and into a new career.
