In my current role I am required to act as both a technical resource and leader to assist in driving departmental and company wide success.Job responsibilities:- Provide highest level technical support for Enterprise / Carrier customer trouble reports.- Support department / company by creating and improving technical process and procedures.- Develop and deliver in depth technical training for Carrier / Enterprise network solutions and troubleshooting.- Act as a departmental leader for critical service outages and drive efficient resolution.- Propose and implement solutions to improve overall network health and departmental efficiency.- Interface with and build strong working relationships with boundary partners to facilitate a better overall experience for internal / external customers.

Tier 3 support and engineering for enterprise products:- Voice Trunking - PRI/SIP- WAN Technologies - L2VPN, EPL, EPLAN, EVPL, EVPLAN- Layer 3 Technologies - L3VPN, BGP, Managed Router/Security servicesActs as a technical escalation point for NOC Tier 1/2 technicians.Develops technology and product training for NOC Tier 1/2 technicians.Works with internal groups and customers during implementation and planning phases of network voice/security deployment.

24/7 Enterprise support for ethernet, voip, and firewall products.I am required to have working knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot large scale networks in an ISP NOC environment.
