 Was responsible for the selling of HVAC and plumbing material to contractors, plumbers and walk in customers. Researched customers needs when required for job specifications, generated sales orders and schedule deliveries for our customers. When required helped contractors and customers in the design showroom with specific plans and questions on home design. Assisted in cycle counting, inventory, RGA’s and bin location maintenance.

 Provided HR and administrative support to the DC manager & all supervisors; coordinate all office team member duties. Would help to ensure compliance with O'Reilly policies. As well as assist supervisors with team member relations. Was responsible for Distribution Center safety training only had two accidents in three years as a result of training and awareness that helped DC win safety awards, traveled to other Distribution centers to hire and train new team members and HR supervisors. Would recruit, hire and orientate new team members based on Distribution center needs, handled all new hire paperwork and ensured I-9 compliance. Would do DC training classes on procedures, policies, and safety awareness. Had to keep confidentiality on team member affairs.  Started as an Account Payable administrator through my excellent abilities was promoted to Purchasing Assistant at which point I was responsible for ordering and assuring on time delivery of material for our OE trailers, would get quotes on material and negotiate purchasing price. Was responsible for cycle counting the inventory on a weekly basis and set up inventory schedule. Would manage the inventory procedure and correct any discrepancies through research of purchase order receipt and bill of materials. Would supervise the parts department personnel and assist in warehouse duties. Went through a lean manufacturing program where I learned the five S procedures
