I have 25+ years of experience servicing clients with globally mobile employees. I have a broad experience base focusing primarily on individual tax issues and supplemented with several years of corporate tax experience. My experience enables me to see my client’s issues holistically and provide advice through different lenses. I have helped clients address global employment tax/payroll compliance, corporate presence/permanent establishment, equity compliance, deferred compensation compliance and policy development.I have a particular specialty in addressing short term business traveler issues for cross border employees – for large, midsize and small programs. I have assisted Companies in assessing their business traveler risks, developing their business traveler framework, building their delivery model and implementing the program. I am intimately aware of the global mobility challenges that accompany international assignments, having been an expat myself in London prior to relocating to the U.S. These personal experiences have enabled me to put myself in stakeholders shoes and approach advise and issues with empathy and compassion.I’m a regular creator and contributor to thought leadership through market collateral, webcasts and writing publications. I’ve also been a frequent member of quality risk management reviews to ensure teams are meeting Firm standards.
