Developed and instituted a controlled tooling environment for a growing manufacturing facility (20 employees at start to over 100 when sold).

Operated CNC production lathes, machining centers, Setup and operated manual O.D. grinder, drill presses, broachs, gear shapers, gear hobs, tool room lathe and mills.Organized, controlled and ordered production tooling (inserts, drills, reamers etc.) and fixturing for a 100+ person machine shop. Re-ground production drills and reamers as required.

Setup and production welder MIG and TIG Assisted in fabrication of part handling equipment using hyd. brake press, hyd. shear, ironworker, chop saws, roller, oxycetelene torch set and misc. hand tools.
