Install IT hardware as part of deployment project as well installation of any IT related device found within retail environment. Setup and configuration of installed hardware, completed troubleshooting of out of box failures and maintain accurate record of installation including, but not limited to, quantities, serial numbers and asset numbers of installed hardware. Participation in staging and integration of IT hardware, participation in final disposition of items removed during project. Maintain constant adherence to Inventory Control practices and standards. Provide recommendations to higher authority on management of duties and mission preparedness. Compile, create and maintain budget spreadsheets. Provided monthly reports of budget and purchase status. Compile budget request. Provide projected budget and spending reports to higher authority. Coordinate meetings and events with internal and external agencies. Assisted with Japanese American events planning and meetings. Coordinate fraud waste and abuse to maintain low operation budget. Provide new comers information to recently assigned personnel.
