• Customer Service: Ensures that customers concern are assisted properly by providing excellent customer service in resolving customers issue• Responsible for providing exact information and details regarding with customers account. (Billing, plans and features)• Troubleshooting Department: Advanced troubleshooting for phone and third party software applications.• Responsible of providing troubleshooting steps that are not on the given tools by the company to provide an excellent customer service.• Responsible in coaching agents as well as training teams with given training decks.• Responsible for presentations and training documents for course curriculum to assist scholars with their chosen technical courses. In particular such activities are, but not limited to, the following: • Power Point Presentations: Ensures that details of each courses taken are accurate and up to date. It includes programs, activities to be taken for such courses and duration of training.• Orientation: Ensure all details about courses taken by students are discussed as well as introduction of school regulations and policies.• Project Management: Manage all projects and documents submitted by each student to ensure that all reviewed and profiled.
