Mechanical Planner Front Line Supervisor
Current- Develope job plans to facilitate safe, cost competitive, and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
- Develope safe, cost competitive, and efficient plans that optimize use of resources to minimize downtimes, including all necessary support crafts
- Ensure planning is consistent with Planner Complexity guidelines.
- Interface with business team members to develop integrated plans for complex maintenance jobs.
- Communicate execution timing requirements and update estimated completion during outages.
- Advises Process Mechanical Coordinator on all required documents are prepared and scope is aligned for proper planning. Coordinates schedule forecast with resourcing availability to help facilitate setting last.
