Managed a team responsible for the interactions with the government agencies, clients, vendors, attorneys, and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Responsible for risk management of vendors and other policy implementation. Also responsible for the oversight of portfolio performance for the different areas of servicing (customer service, collections, loss mitigation, default, claims and investor reporting) as measured by the varying agencies.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for the creation and implementation of loss mitigation products and policy for the Single Family portfolio in order to reduce deinquency costs to Fannie Mae and its investors. Also includes the responsibility to fulfill initiatives assigned by Fannie Mae's conservator, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).

Managed foreclosure and bankruptcy portfolios across four servicers, totaling approximately $29.3 billion in high risk loans (approximately 195,000 assets).

Managed $25 billion in high risk loans (150,000 assets) within an assigned servicer’s portfolio. Worked closely with the servicer’s executive team to reduce delinquencies in a market that hadn’t been experienced in decades. Managed a small team to monitor performance of servicer.
