1) Responsible for driving operational performance and responsiveness of assigned supplier sites to meet On-Time Delivery and Cycle Time goals. 2) Driving suppliers to improve the Suppliers’ QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Scorecards.3) Achievement of results based on quarterly goals established in the Back-end Operation’s Dashboard.4) Capacity Management - Monitoring of business demands/forecasts, anticipating capacity constraint at supplier sites, initiating and executing capacity expansion plans. Work closely with suppliers, Assembly, Test and Product engineers to maximize equipment utilization.5) Proactive monitoring and anticipation of material flow constraints to prevent lot delinquency, identification of root causes, development of corrective and preventive actions by interfacing with suppliers and Atmel resources, WIP management, output maximization and shipment expedites per BU requests.6) Effective & timely communication with suppliers resources, Business Planners & Factory Planners on setting and achieving delivery commitments.7) Take complete ownership to interface with supplier resources and Atmel cross-functional areas to ensure resolutions to any negative trends potentially impacting delivery.8) Establish reporting and visibility of performance to Management team on preferred frequency & provide early warnings for factory performance issues.9) Take the lead in streamlining the business process with supplier sites in terms of good manufacturing practices, lean manufacturing, process standardization and cost savings.10) Actively participate in project transfers and product qualifications at supplier sites for turnkey solutions, dual-source creation and supplier rationalization.

1) Lead the Direct sort project between TSMC & SPIL.2) Interface with factory to resolve engineering issues concerning yield, hardware, and wafer sort performance.3) Manage wafer sort capacity model to ensure sufficient probe cards, probers, and testers by aligning test time assumptions with Engineering.4) Publish 6 months sort forecast to the factory.5) Manage NVIDIA product Master Data and factory Order Release in SAP.6) Generate die commit both from TSMC & SPIL in order to load the SAP system for capacity vs. demand plan. 7) Manage factory performance in cycle time, yield, AIPD/OEE, delivery schedule, and inventory control and drive for continual improvement.8) Coordinate NPI logistics with Engineering and the factory to ensure new products ramp and launch successfully.9) Review, refine, and update capacity models to ensure Assembly and Test materials and hardware are in place to meet forecasted loading plans. 10) Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production related issues.11) Lab Management to meet Engineering requirement.12) Publish daily NPI Engineering tester, product, and lot priority to the factory to meet external customer sample requirements.13) Define action plan to meet delivery schedule whenever daily target is missed.14) Escalate any other issue associated with delivery in the daily meeting.
