With additional offices in California, Idaho, Utah, Virgina, and Guam, we provide service to clients across Alaska as well as the lower 48 states, Hawaii, and the South Pacific. My role is primarily management of environmental construction and remediation projects although my skill set allows me to provide technical and project management support to construction projects the Marsh Creek organization. Projects include the decommissioning and removal of obsolete infrastructure; abatement and removal of hazardous materials, and site characterization. Construction and infrastructure projects have included building envelope and mechanical systems renewal to improve sustainability and reduce overall maintenance. Representative projects include air condenser replacement at the Center Radar Approach Control at the international airport in Guam; door and window replacement in housing facilities in the Aleutian Islands; abatement, demolition, and contaminated soils removals in Nome and Cold Bay Alaska; replacement of airport landing lights at St Paul and Talkeetna, Alaska.Responsibilities include proposal preparation, bidding, procurement, planning, project management, staffing, and reporting. Accountable for safety and project profit and loss.

Working in a technical capacity with the 611th ASG to identify and implement energy savings strategies at various Air Force Long Range Radar Facilities through-out Alaska through building envelope and mechanical systems renewal. Currently developing mid to long range strategies for dealing with 60 year old infrastructure in arctic to marine environments to improve energy efficiency and sustainability. Prepared analysis of current renewable and alternative energy solutions for possible implementation. Screen emerging technologies and made recommendations to the civil engineering command.

Managed $30MM facility renovation for Alaska Command Headquarters, Elmendorf Air Force Base (now Joint Base Elemendorf Richardson). Project involved constructing temporary space for command and command support. Existing spaces were modified to meet the requirements and needs of the Air Force including secure communications and a SCIF. The remodeling included the complete renovation of the interior including walls, mechanical and electrical components and asbestos abatement. New electrical, mechanical, and communications components were fitting into the nearly 60 year old structure.

Project Manager, geologist, and task manager for environmental and infrastructure projects. Conducted compliance audits and remedial investigations. Clients included private minerals exploration companies, the Federal Emergency Management Agency following Rita and Katrina;, Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, and U.S Navy. Was part a project to provide security and infrastructure upgrades to the Armed Forces Recruiting Centers across Alaska under a USACE Rapid Response Contract. My experience at Shaw also included the installation of blast resistant office space for maintenance personnel at the Navy's Bangor, Washington submarine facility.

Served as a project geologist, task manager, project manager, and technical lead for numerous environmental characterization and remediation projects under a DOE Environmental Restoration contract at the Nevada Test Site. Manager of site investigation projects in Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Mississippi, and Alaska.
