The Senior Technical Support Specialist manages the entire IT infrastructure, works with vendors and 3rd party application support. Trouble shots all technical problems, including problem solving for hardware, software, websites and data.Key Achievements and Responsibilities:• Supports SaaS document storage system. Lead support in charge of contact with NetDocs support and front-line troubleshooting and problem solving.• Moved company client data from an internal FileMaker database to Clio, a Cloud based time management SaaS.• Transitioned email services from Google to Microsoft 365 included the migration of on-site server files, email, and client matter documents.• Responsible for report generation using SQL to create reports for internal review.• Support and maintenance of Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, Teams, and Barracuda. • The creation and maintenance of multiple SharePoint sites to allow for collaboration with external users.• Maintains PHP website making content edits and functional requirements, including the support of multiple blogs. • Responsible for Network printing, scanning to cloud (MS 365 SharePoint) desktop, security, and software support for 20 users, including smart phones.• Systems analysis and user requirements for purchases, including RFP process and working w/ users to demo and select software that will do what we need.• Project management which includes time lines, deliverables and organizing team members to assure succes.
