I am a highly effective communicator, both in the written and spoken word, with the ability to motivate the people around me. Leadership qualities are attributes that I have honed through my work as an educator and coach and I have come to recognize that the most effective forms of leadership are those set by example. I am pleasant and personable and unafraid to take on even the most difficult challenges. I work well with others and can play a variety of roles on the part of a team.
