• Conduct production planning to effectively comply with product requirements, maintaining a balance between the client’s requirements and the site ́s efficiency and inventory level.
• Establish an actual, reachable, and acceptable Production Plan.
• Achieve timely communication with operative areas (Production, Purchasing, etc.) with direct influence on their functions, and with the entire organization in general.
• Follow up on the production plan through defining appropriate quantities, distribution and times in order to achieve maximum operative efficiency.
• Review and follow-up production orders according to the analysis of the planning run, based on component delivery and manufacturing resources.
• Calculate and provide lead times to customer service and sales support.

• Responsible for the schedule and coordinate flow of work within and between production departments to meet customer requirements and ship schedules.
• Create production jobs from the ERP system and identify and resolve material shortages.
• Review raw material and other materials required with purchasing, and generate demand for consumables, components, and supplies used within the production process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders received, work completed, and inventory levels.
• Advise Sales Operations of customer order status and changes to ship dates.
• Notify to Customer Service estimated availability date for items in backorder

• Determine the shift level production planning, prioritization, and KPI reporting.
• Responsible for consumption and inventory management.
• Responsible for communication of supply health and operational plans.
• Give support of decisions to the Value Stream.
• Work in an SAP environment managing master data for MRP.
• Troubleshoot master production scheduling issues.

• Deliver high customer service level in highly complex business environment by providing most accurate sales forecast for Supply related functions.
• Support demand forecast at SKU/Week level. Use statistical methods and incorporate all relevant information x-functionally to properly build baseline and promotional uplifts based on info from other stakeholders.
• Determine production priorities utilizing production plan, customer requirements and ERP system-driven planning reports.
• Support the evaluation and improvement of the forecast performance and report forecasting related KPIs.
• Leading Integrated Business Planning (SO&P) process for owned Categories to work in the forecast (volume) for the next 18 months.
• Meet regularly with the materials planner and operations to assess production schedules (adjust as necessary, based on production results), optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers, to achieve 100% on time.

• Identify, evaluate and implement forecasting models to most effectively predict the business from current month, through the 6 months integrated planning horizon.
• Manage the integration of POS and causal data to develop accurate shipment plans to ensure that all customer service and inventory targets are being met.
• Support forecasting using SAP APO as the demand planning enabling tool, interact regularly with commercial and customer partners to identify, develop and acquire all demand management inputs to drive demand and supply.
• Create and monitor forecast accuracy reports to ensure achievement of forecast performance within standards, providing feedback to forecasters to facilitate improvement.
• Assist in the management of anticipated demand for new/seasonal products and/or new markets.
• Build understanding of customer service processes, provide guidance to VMI analysts on order management or promotional planning and replenishment strategy.
