• The Consumer Banking Business Transformation Office consists of 45 teammates across the Transformation, Change Management, User Acceptance Testing, and Deployment teams.• We serve as the single point of Business accountability for the Consumer Banking people, processes, and technology we support including the Teller, Sales and Service, Deposits, Customer Information, and Statement systems.• We drive alignment of the business strategy and vision to the company initiatives, own program execution and benefit realization as well as ongoing change management and support.

• Lead the team that modernized the Bank’s Teller system and digitized branch transactions, eliminating 99% of the bank’s paper transactions. This three year effort included design, development, and deployment to 1,200 branches. 6,000 teammates were trained and there were no operational P1 or P2 incidents. The program delivered within the original timeline and $60M budget. • Developed and implemented innovative branch pilot and readiness approaches that significantly reduced defects and minimized deployment schedule changes.

• Led the conversion of the Bank’s corporate lending portfolio to a new loan accounting platform. Converted $200B in commitments across 3,500 clients and trained 500 new users.• Led the M&A conversion of the commercial loan portfolio. Managed five project teams responsible for the conversion of $1B plus in outstandings. • Led the project to establish corporate lending capabilities in Brazil including all people, process, and technology components.

• Led the M&A conversion of the consumer loan, mortgage, and collections and recovery portfolio. Managed seven project teams responsible for the conversion of 300,000 loans.• Led the development of re-designed retail credit models including model design and technical development, application and client acceptance testing, and dress rehearsal and deployment.• Led a team to design and implement an enterprise wide PMO for a large quasi-government agency. Established and implemented risk, issue, status reporting and change request procedures for the organization.
