As Region Manager I managed the Distributor business results within an assigned territory. Gained results through distributor management skills and the abilty to develop strong relationships through that distributor network. I also had the focus and priority to maximize sales distribution of company products in the region. Checked market and retail activity to devolp strategies and a plan of attack to drive volume and increase distribution of company products. As TDM/FSR I drove a company owned van in my assigned territory and opened/maintained accounts for company products through direct sales to retail using a distributor target list. Identified and targeted potential accounts both individually and through ride alongs with distributor personel. trained distributor personel on product knowledge and sales techniquesto use out in the field. Attended and presented at weekly sales meetings and presented sales information, data, and current/upcoming promotions relevant to the assigned territory.

Coordination of events that the property put on within the areas of the Casino. Contacted sponsors for the events and fill them in with important information for the upcoming event. Put together packets for sponsors/vendors/merchants for the events. Contacted sponsors/media for press conference and press luncheon for events. Put together spreadsheets for manager with vendor/merchant/ sponsor contact information. Contacted sponsors to get banners and other promotional collateral for the event. Coordinated and checked guests in for press conference/luncheon. Helped out other departments if needed. Attended manager/event meetings. Wrote thank you cards to sponsors/merchants/vendors that participated in the event.
