As a Director at 10 Design, a global architecture and design firm, I lead and contribute to complex architectural projects across Hong Kong, China, Asia, and the Middle East. With over 16 years of international experience and an Associate Member credential from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), I have developed a strong expertise in technical design, BIM, and project management.My mission is to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality design solutions that meet the client's vision, budget, and timeline, while maintaining the essence of the design intent throughout the coordination of technical challenges on site. I also play a key role in improving the technical design abilities and operational efficiencies of the office, establishing the office standards, IT requirements, and co-chairing the office Technical Review Committee. Some of the acclaimed projects that I have been involved in or led include Galaxy Integrated Resort Expansion in Macau, Huafa Plaza Complex in Zhuhai, Pazhou Headquarters in Guangzhou, and The Star Performing Arts Centre in Singapore.
