"The best way to have a good idea is to have a lot of ideas" – this came to me through a cookie once. It appealed greatly to my sensibilities since I inherently try to find solutions and answers; the best way to do the best is to keep asking yourself what IS the best and what could be better. I do this every time I have a new project.I love reassessing my approach to possible problems or hurdles. I feel this makes me a positive contributor and cheerful mate who adds value to a team. Since forever, my team mates have been other creatives. Sometimes they’re artists who prefer to define themselves strictly and they and I get along; sometimes they’re creatives who draw from loads of sources and are multi-discipline and they and I get along too.For 2024, I am publicizing my desires to bring narration and audio books and storytelling to the margins – the visually impaired need MORE than just a story read to them. I’ve always been naturally attracted to doing character voices and gathering outside sounds to tell stories. This year, supporting me helps support releasing experiences like that AND helps support new authors who can’t budget for voices like mine right off the bat.I’ll make use of crowdfunding to highlight good projects and sustain myself while I invite and discover new writers and content that appeals as much to my sense of adventure and mystery and fun and drama and power as that cookie once did with its message of perseverance.Thanks for checking out my profile.
