18 years of experience in the financial industry, working for First American Bank from July of 2002 through January of 2021. What started as a part-time job while in college turned into a 18 year adventure. I spent the first 4 years as a part time bank teller in Fort Dodge and Sioux City, Iowa. Upon graduation I moved down to SW Florida and spent the next 8 years (2006-2014) working as a supervisor, retail manager, treasury management officer, consumer lender, and commercial lender. I then moved back to Fort Dodge, Iowa and served as a SVP/Senior Lender for 3 years (2014-2017). My final few years with First American Bank were spent as the Managing Director of Fort George Island Marina in Jacksonville, FL. My responsibilities included overseeing the day to day operations of the marina while preparing it for sale by the shareholders of the bank. Upon the sale of the marina I relocated back to SW Florida.I spent the next 2 years (2021-2023) as co-owner of The Loading Zone, a mobile food service operation based out of Fort Myers, FL.In 2023 I began working for The Hertz Corporation at their Global Headquarters in Estero, FL.
