I sold into a B2C environment for Kraft Foods, working a large territory composed of regional, national and global chain stores with a strong emphasis on two banners-- Wal-Mart and Loblaw's. I have developed extensive store management and employee relationships, which are critical for running a successful sales territory. I effectively use comprehensive data analysis and market information to sell new product distributions and product placement at store level, and I sell in and execute seasonal corporate promotions such as Fall and Spring Cheesefest, Hockeyville and Back to School. Overall, I focus on selling the entire Kraft portfolio to all banners within my territory, to increase my client's bottom line and Kraft's market share, and I am one of the top performers on one of the top Kraft sales teams.

As a student intern, I prepared prospect databases, conducted cold calling, and interacted in face-to-face sales for SalesLink, a micro-compliance email software system.

Taught the fundamentals of leadership, teamwork, movement skills, exercise progression, and sport specific training. All programs were custom designed for each group, based on group goals, skill level, age, and available time. I created and implemented a 'group contract' initiative for Burlington High School.

Developed and operated my own summer company, which focused on yard services, including the installation of interlocking brick, the construction of retaining walls, lawn care and labour maintenance services. DIRT was sponsored by an Ontario entrepreneurial training program; "Summer Company". It was a top tier performer within this entrepreneurial program that resulted in an highly successful summer self-employment opportunity.

Direct market sales of home energy and protection plans to communities in Toronto and the GTA. This increased my exposure to sales, and it enhanced my marketing and people skills.
