Engaged in a full systems development lifecycle to design, develop, and implement test plans and test cases in TargetProcess, a visual management software (comparable to Jira). In charge of smoke and regression testing for sales and marketing systems. Also assisted in debugging issues in said systems.Audited large-scale transition of human resources system for over 1500 employees to Ultimate software. Audits covered employee history, salary information, benefits, and timekeeping elements. Also covered integrations of new HR management systems into the existing ones.Implemented large-scale transition of commissions payroll calculations for over 1200 employees from spreadsheets to new payroll system. This included various legal entities with different pay structures involving more than 200 payroll rules and 50 data types, with both testing and data requirement documentation coming from myself. Not only did the process allow us to cut down on the amount of time needed to process payroll for these employees by more than 50%, but increased visibility on pay from one calculation per semimonthly pay period to once per day.Tested telecommunication systems upgrades and feature enhancements. These upgrades encompassed reporting, outbound dialing, inbound call flow management, and other systems to improve customer satisfaction in this regard.Ensured quality of development of in-house customer relationship management (CRM) system for our sales departments. This system consists of call scripts and flows including legal compliance measures, sales reporting, financial transactions, SOAP and API calls to both internal and external web services, and security access. Verified quality of development of in-house marketing tracking system for affiliate management and reporting.Tested data migrations for 3rd-party integrations using ETLs and FTPs. Largest project was testing the data integrity for an integration with new analytics system.
