Professional Standards encompass Internal Affairs, Oversight of Media Relations personnel including School Resource Officers, Digital Evidence, recruitment/retention, and management of Department programs. Dront Unit Commander. Named as the Kenosha Sheriff's Department first Drone Unit Commander. Managed a team of 13 members and grew the number of UAV's from 2 drones to a fleet of 13 drones that are now individually issued. Having issued drones that are ready to deploy within minutes of an active scene is critical for scene preservation, search and rescue, and scene mapping. KSD's Drone Unit is now assisting the Kenosha County's first multi-jurisdictional unit (Major Crash Assistance Team - MCAT). FAA Part 107 Certified.

Internal Affairs investigator (Training received by FBI LEEDA - Received acknowledgment for top student). Participate in Steering Committee meetings as department liaison for software and program management used by the department. Conduct both internal and external job panel interviews for sworn/non-sworn candidates.Conduct external investigations for outside agencies.
