IT Technician: As a technician I am currently troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.Installing network printers and migrating to new print server. Setting up desktop and laptop computers. Software installations and upgrades. Hardware upgrades. As well as installing servers, running the cabling and doing punch downs. ipad, iphone screen replacement. Documenting computer and printer names, address and location and inputing data into SharePoint. We currently use a ticket system created by the system admin. that is in SharePoint. Graphic Design: In the Graphics Dept I am creating and modifying designs using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. I have reduced cost by researching different material types and methods of production. I am working with clients to determine a completion date, price quote, and best material for their application. I also program and operate multiple large format printers and a CNC machine.
