I manage and oversee all new concept design, development and manage all production.

Maintained and developed our internal network of 18 servers, 2 media centers and about 70 users. Responsibilities included: all tech level work, Upkeep of Sharepoint server, Microsoft Exchange server, existing ERP server, SQL database, Data backup solution. Also assisted in implementation of new LK data center and new Dell racks, servers, internal network wiring and new ERP system.

Designing and modeling in CAD kiosks for current and new business. This position consisted of customer communication and team based design and engineering projects that furthered the companies core product, kiosk and store development.

Handled all of the 3D modeling for East Coast Interiors and developed drawing packages for clients.

Implemented an efficient means of programming and cutting designed files on their Record 125 CNC router using AlphaCAM. Created SOP's for operators to follow allowing implemented principles to stay in place. During my time I also assisted the engineering and design departments with various projects and maintained the entire network with IT support.

With a hands on background I started at Luhrs building interior cabinetry then moved onto 3-axis CNC router operation. I furthered my knowledge of the processes and capabilities present at Luhrs and was promoted into their 5-axis CNC router division. After gaining experience with their methods of machining and programming I was promoted into the engineering dept. were we designed & prototyped several successful models of yachts. Responsibilities:Program, Operation & maintenance of the 3 & 5-axis CNC router as well as programming.Responsible for all CAD conversions and part of the 3D modeling team for prototypes.Developed and set in place the documentation procedures for new yachts and flow of data from engineering into production.Managed all engineering change orders and allowed them to be inundated into production.
