• Created a community health assessment (CHA) for Yuma, Somerton, and San Luis using the findings gathered by six other graduate students and myself.
• Traveled to Yuma, AZ twice a semester with group members in the college of nursing, public health, and medicine to collaborate on a solution to one or more of the disparities that were identified in the CHA.
• Identified that skin cancer education was limited in the Yuma-Somerton areaand acted to solve the issue by proposing that education be provided by Nurses, Physicians, and Pharmacists during marathons in the area.
• Proposal to be implemented 2021.
• Attended monthly meetings that address common disparities that affect rural communities around the US.

The Medication Management Center was an MTM provider and an affiliate of the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy. Pharmacy technicians were responsible for medication reconciliation. Key Accomplishments:- Translated key operational scripts from English to Spanish- Completed outreach to hard to reach patient populations across 18 subplans that played.
