I am a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Onesubsea/SLB, where I specialize in Controls Systems Engineering. In my role, I am responsible for overseeing various controls system tests, including FIT, EFAT, FAT, and SIT. Additionally, I provide technical support, onshore and offshore, for all controls equipment.Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in the product development of Mechanical Subsea Equipment. From the initial conceptual design to the manufacturing process, and finally to the assembly and testing phases, I have been involved in every step of the process. I have had the opportunity to work in one of the largest manufacturing factories in America, as well as in the Excellence Controls factory in Germany. In both locations, I was part of the engineering department responsible for designing mechanical parts and assemblies with a high level of accuracy and hard interface connection.Currently, I hold the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer, being the FIT Controls Lead responsible for the controls factory integration test. Additionally, I provide technical support for a range of controls equipment, including SCM, MCS, EPU, HPU, Software, Flying Leads, subsea and topside communication, DHPT, XT sensors troubleshooting and offshore comissioning.
