Bank Teller
CurrentDuring my time over the summer at First Bank of Berne I served as a Float teller. This involved me traveling to six of the seven branches that FBB owns. This position allowed for me to meet a large majority of the employees as well as the customer base. While all of the locations are relatively close in distance, you see changes in the culture of the area and it was a great experience meeting so many new faces. Some of the tasks that I had during this experience included:Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with various banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries while quickly adapting to numerous branch environments.• Ensuring accuracy in handling cash and sensitive financial documents while adhering to policies.
