* Repair, improve and perform preventative maintenance in the CVD group. Equipment including Applied Materials 5200 Centura CVD & WxZ chambers, Applied Materials P5000 CVD & WxZ chambers. * Was able to join the CVD group with little or no training and provide positive results in uptime by providing quality work and paying attention to detail. * By being able to work in various areas of the factory I'm able to recognize incoming or outgoing problems and respond to them accordingly.

Worked in Photolithography area on the Tokyo Electron ACT8 Dual and Single Block and ACT12 Dual Block systems and Applied Materials 5200 RTP systems. Able to successfully move from the RTP area and move into the Photolithography area and support the Tokyo Electron coater and developer systems. By performing quality repairs and preventative maintenance within expected time was able to help Fab 23 become the lowest cost factory at INTEL.

Advance Products Research and Development Laboratory, Helped start up APRDL's new eight-inch fab in the diffusion area. Equipment includes, three AMAT 5200 HTF Centuras, 18 SVG AVP furnaces and two TEL furnaces. Responsible for the equipment in the EPI, thin films, diffusion area. Equipment including, Watkins- Johnson 998 APCVD and 999 TEOS APCVD, AMAT CVD 5000's, and in the diffusion and EPI area, Bruce furnaces with 7355c controllers, Bruce autoloader systems. AMAT 7700 EPI reactor, SVG Vertical furnaces (6000 & 7000), FSI acid cleaning systems (2120 & Saturn). and Verteq spin rinse dryers. and Verteq mega sonic systems and various other test equipment. Relieved contracted vendors of day-to-day operations and responsibilities after service warranty expired.

Equipment responsible for include, Applied Materials 7810 and 7800 EPI reactors, implanters (Nova 10-160 and Varian 350D), Thermco furnaces with Bruce 7355 controllers, GaSonics Hi-Pox system, Eurotherm Vertical furnaces, SVG track systems and Semitool and Verteq spin rinse dryers. Was promoted a job grade within six months of hiring.
