The Business Process Lead is a member of the Nestle USA Organization who provides business and system related support to Field Operations in the areas of user, analytics, project and expert network support. The Business Process Lead is also tasked with developing new concepts by combining business needs, technology, and design ideas all into one. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:• User Support o Provide business process expertise to user community.o Perform problem analysis and escalate as needed.• Analytics Support o Monitor Business Scorecards/ Reports, KPIs, Health Checks and in collaboration with business stakeholders, provide recommendations for improvement.• Project Support o Design  Identify process/ system improvements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and assess business requirements and initiate system change requests as appropriateo Testing  Lead role in designing and documenting test scripts. Perform Market Acceptance Testing (MAT) and provide sign-off for problem fixes, projects, enhancements and system upgradeso Communication  Identify and communicate business process and system change impacts to end user communityo End User Training Delivery and Training Material Management  Prepare and maintain training material and end user documentation. Collaborate with Training Department in building training materials. Deliver train-the-trainer and end user training for new users or refresher training for existing users. • Expert Network Support o Coordinate and monitor extended super user network and provide training as needed.o Assist in inducting and training new Super Users.• Innovation o Lead/participate in ideation, visualization, concept development, and refinement activities to increase company performance and sustain competitive advantage
