Current• Implements tactical sourcing strategies for job requisitions given by hiring managers/recruiters, using job boards and other web-based sourcing technologies• Screens and qualifies prospective candidates• Is in charge of managing candidate databases for specific clients, as well as regularly reporting these data• Assigned to create projects within job boards and other social media platforms• Is in charge to train new admins for the different projects that the team is working on specially in passive sourcing
