As an Engineering Marketing Manager at Hilti North America, I leverage my engineering background, EIT certification, and customer-facing skills to create and execute marketing strategies that showcase Hilti's innovative solutions for the construction industry. With over six years of experience at Hilti, I have developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of our customers, as well as the technical and business aspects of our products and services.I started my career at Hilti as a Technical Support Engineer, where I provided expert advice and guidance to customers and sales teams across the nation on various product lines, such as anchoring, rebar, decking, anchor channel, and installation systems. I also delivered webinars, trainings, and presentations to educate and influence key stakeholders on Hilti's design software packages and other value-added offerings. I then transitioned to a Structural Field Engineer role, where I supported the sales and engineering teams in the DFW region, assisting with design questions, technical support, and product demonstrations. I also collaborated with design engineers and account managers to influence purchasing decisions and generate sales over $1M/quarter. In my current role, I apply my engineering, marketing, and sales skills to drive engineering excellence and customer satisfaction at Hilti North America.
