Army Colonel with 26 years of proven program management, administrative, and operational leadership. I have provided successful leadership at all levels of Military organizations from small teams to more than 550 members. I have served on numerous levels of the Army, Joint, and Combined Commands and Staffs as an Army Aviation Officer qualified in UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopters. Experience with program management serving as the Director of one of the Army's highest priorities in Future Tactical Uncrewed Aerial Systems (FTUAS), Launched Effects (LE), and Fixed-based Air Traffic Control systems. I hold a Masters Degree from Webster University, Bachelors Degree from NC State University, Diplomas from Command and General Staff College and Joint Command Warfare School with National Defense University. Graduate of the University of Washington Army War College Fellowship in Asian Studies. Currently serving as dual-hatted Brigade Commander of both the 164th Theater Airfield Operations Group and Air Traffic Services Command.
