Responsible for the management of $50M Increment 3 Contract in support of P2E. Oversee all projects and personnel supporting major projects such as MPLS, Assured Services/Migration Services, Network Sensor, Area I ISP/OSP, Yongsan Residual (YR) and Combined Forces Relocation (CFC). Review all financial documents, to include invoicing/bills, CLINs, Fixed Unit Pricing (FUP), MFSRs, MARS/DD250s, and procurement. Coordinate with Project Finance Assistant (PFA) to ensure all billings are correct prior to invoicing to the client. Manage and setup sub-contracts, vendor contracts, and oversee all expenses related to Increment 3. Conduct weekly meetings with COR to discuss financial and/or operational issues. Review all ROM, cost estimates for accuracy and initiate and track procurement. Manage all project managers and key personnel to ensure all project efforts are accomplished within approved schedule/timeline and the Integrated Management System updated. Conduct weekly and monthly financial status meetings with corporate to monitor the health of the program and identify funding/staffing shortfalls.

Systems Architect for the Increment 3 contract supporting USFK Yongsan Relocation Program and Land Partnership Plan (YRP/LPP). Responsible for overseeing all C4I Active design and engineering of over 200 facilities, to include Ad Hoc engineering of special projects such as CFC relocation, Yongsan Residual, and Area I realignment. Ensures all facilities comply with the ICAN/NETMOD/DISEN-EN standards and policies as well as tying into the existing USFK LAN/WAN architecture. Support project management, scheduling, ROM development; conducts site surveys and capture requirements, reviews all design, List of Materials (LOM), and approves Site Specific Kits (SSKs) prior to installation.

Yongsan-Gu, Seoul, Korea

Lead Systems Engineer for the Increment 2C contract supporting USFK Yongsan Relocation Program and Land Partnership Plan (YRP/LPP). Responsible for overseeing all C4I Active design and engineering of over 200 facilities, including Ad Hoc engineering and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) of special projects such as Combined Forces Command (CFC), Special Operations Command Korea (SOCKOR), and Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) relocation. Ensures all facilities comply with the ICAN/NETMOD infrastructure standards and policies as well as tying into the existing USFK LAN/WAN architecture. Conducts site surveys, identify issues, develop SITREPs and Change Requests (CR) as required - to include Inside Plant Passive (ISP) infrastructure, Telecommunication Rooms (TR) power issues, and Protective Distribution System (PDS); Reviews all Engineering Implementation Designs (EIP), List of Materials (LOM), timeline, and approves Site Specific Kits (SSKs) prior to installation. Supports major stakeholder’s meetings such as the Enterprise Architecture Working Group (EAWG), C4I Implementation, and SITREP/CR meetings

Yongsan, Seoul Korea

Supports Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) as a senior consultant providing C4I expertise in support of the Korea Relocation and Land Partnership Plan (YRP/LPP) - a $10 billion project; help manage a multi-million dollar design & implementation contract working with Industry Partners for Campus Area Network, ISP/OSP, UC/VVoIP, MPLS/Transport, Data Center Virtual Solution & Storage, Tele-Video, and Perimeter Security for USAG Humphreys.

As part of a $3.5 billion base expansion program, (DPRI - Defense Policy Review Initiative) was responsible for the development, planning, programming, and implementation of IT infrastructure for Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni. Responsible for the identification and refinement of C4I requirements for over 150 projects, coordinated with local IT managers and base tenants on MCAS Iwakuni validating requirements

Lead theater technical engineering support for all of Iraq. WAN/LAN/System suport for multiple sites - Firewall, Satellites, NetApps, VMWare, Network Monitoring, and manage new site installs.
