➡️ During my role at Caliber Collision, I seamlessly transitioned between roles as a shop helper and production manager. As a Production Manager and Safety Manager, I collaborated closely with the General Manager to optimize production schedules, ensuring consistent attainment of monthly sales targets and stepping in wherever workload demands exceeded capacity. I facilitated the smooth movement of production to sublets while nurturing and maintaining strategic partnerships with external vendors, streamlining sublet processes and fostering a seamless workflow. Handling various tasks, including parts management, inventory receiving, and invoicing, I ensured accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. My dedication to quality control led to a notable decrease in rework and customer complaints, thanks to thorough diagnostics scans and stringent measures. Additionally, I managed purchase order processing and invoice verification, ensuring precise financial transactions and bolstering operational efficiency. In terms of safety, I conducted daily inspections and coordinated with external safety officials to maintain stringent protocols, resulting in a spotless safety record with zero workplace incidents during my tenure. Also, I meticulously maintained comprehensive safety logs and records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance overall workplace safety.With a focus on quality assurance, I conducted pre and post-diagnostic inspections to return vehicles to OEM specifications and inspected finished products to uphold quality standards before customer delivery.
