Led a team of flight test operators to conduct hardware, software, and operational process testing at our global test facility in northern California. Core elements of this role include: -Daily safety & risk mitigation for internal and external participants-Direction participation and coordination of daily flight operations-Creation of best practices for ensuring compliance with internal policies and FAA regulations-Process standardization, alongside new documentation and record keeping-Coordination of cross-functional test teams to develop new features and technologies-Managing a core team of test operators, and ensuring their deployment readiness in support of global operations when required-Community outreach to promote safety and cooperation with the local community (aviation, law enforcement, fire, municipal, etc.)
