As a teaching assistant I provided students with appropriate learning activities andexperiences designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, and physical growth under the direction of a certified teacher. I would plan a program of study that would meet the needs of every students as well as their interest and abilities. I would prepare lessons that would reflect the accommodations for individual differences. Encourage students to set and maintain standard of classroom behavior. Access the accomplishments of the students on a regular basis and provide progress reports as required. I would assist the certified teacher by keeping the room clean, assisting with the students with any means and would help maintain a balanced teaching environment for students to learn in. I wouldalso work with other students from different classrooms as well as helping the administrative staff while maintain my duties in my assigned classroom.
